Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CIRCLE SPHERE GROUP LLC (“ParentReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use The Parent Readiness Test at parentreadytest.com.
The short version: we collect only what is needed to provide and improve the assessment. We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or collect payment information in this MVP.
1. Information we collect

Please do not enter medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive details. The assessment does not ask for them.
2. How we use information
- Provide, calculate, save, and improve your assessment and results.
- Measure whether the experience works, including the assessment funnel and interest in a future premium report.
- Respond to requests and send service-related messages you ask for.
- Send occasional practical or marketing messages only when you choose the optional consent box. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, debug problems, and comply with applicable law.
Clicking the premium-report interest button records interest only. It is not a purchase and we do not collect payment details.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
We may disclose information to infrastructure providers that process it for us, including Cloudflare for hosting, database, content delivery, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
4. Storage technologies
ParentReady uses browser session storage to keep a randomly generated session identifier so assessment activity can be linked during your visit. It is not an advertising identifier. Our infrastructure provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security and service delivery. We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising cookies.
5. Retention and security
We retain identifiable information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, understand product demand, communicate as requested, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer reasonably identifies you.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No online service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing parentready.owner@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, or appeal certain decisions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out is currently necessary.
7. Children
The service is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. U.S. service and changes
ParentReady is designed primarily for users in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our infrastructure providers operate. We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
