Terms of Use

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

2. Educational purpose only

The Parent Readiness Test is an educational, evidence-informed readiness assessment. It is not a scientifically, psychometrically, or clinically validated instrument. Its wording, domain weights, attention signals, scoring, and prioritization are ParentReady’s proprietary methodology.

The service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, caregiving, or emergency advice; diagnose any condition; determine capacity; predict outcomes; or replace a qualified professional. Results depend on the answers provided and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment and involve your parent appropriately, respecting their autonomy and consent.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and to use the service respectfully and lawfully. Do not submit medical records, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive details. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on the service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or extract the service at scale; reverse engineer protected elements except where law permits; misrepresent the service or its results; or use it to violate another person’s privacy, autonomy, or rights.

5. Ownership and limited permission

The service, brand, design, questions, scoring model, reports, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CIRCLE SPHERE GROUP LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the service for its intended purpose. You may save or share your own result for personal and family planning.

6. Future premium report

The premium report is not currently offered for purchase. Selecting “I want my full report” records product interest and does not create an order, payment obligation, reservation, or promise that a product will be released. Any future paid offering will present its price and purchase terms before you pay.

7. Availability, changes, and third-party resources

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Links to government, academic, or other third-party resources are provided for convenience and context; inclusion does not imply endorsement, and we do not control those resources.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the service will identify every relevant risk or action.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CIRCLE SPHERE GROUP LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending use and changes to these Terms

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. We may update these Terms as the product changes; the effective date above will identify the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
